Michele has previous experience in Healthcare Management and understands the overall impact of the Revenue Cycle, from the initial point of contact with patients, navigating the complexities of contract negotiations, setting up the fundamental billing requirements of CMS and Managed Care payers, instituting Compliance Procedures, working through accreditation audits, and providing excellent customer service skills all the way through to the end of the Revenue Cycle when the claims are finalized. She has developed a professional team of seasoned representatives who understand the level of complexity of electronic billing and denial management.
During her tenure she had the vision to create a business model to support the needs of the clients Bright Medical services, developing a Medical Supply and Retail store which provides a personal experience for patients.
Michele is driven by success and as a result of her enthusiastic and innovative management style has been able to triple the company's business over the last five years.
Her relationships with clients and professionals in the industry have been a key ingredient to the growth of Bright Medical.
Her goal is to always be ahead of the curve, bringing new ideas and energy to Bright Medical..Michele came from the corporate world, but quickly embraced the Mom and Pop feel of Corner Store America, something she is very proud of.
